Britomart Beach Party

Overview

The Britomart Beach Party will literally bring the beach to the CBD this New Year's Eve with four tonnes of sand due to be shipped in for the fourteen hour party.

With an international Around the World theme each of the 12+ music zones will mirror a different party spot from across the globe including the New Orleans Mardi Gras, Thaliand's Full Moon Party, a Pacific Island Cruise and a Hawaiian Tiki Hut. To keep with the international theme, the festival will also feature acts from nearly every corner of the globe including: Melbourne DJ Agent 86, Wildcookie - made up of Swedish producers Freddie Cruger and Anthony Mills, DJ G.u.r.i of Brazil, Swedish singer songwriter, folk, reggae and rock artist Johan Lake, Canadian DJ and producer Audited Beats plus a selection of local acts including Funkommunity, Tyra Hammond, Raiza Biza, Latinaotearoa, Eddie Numbers and heaps more.
