Britomart Christmas Market

Overview

Just finished work for the year and realised you only have a couple of days to attack your Christmas shopping? Don't panic, and don't subject yourself to the malls this close to Christmas.

Instead take advantage of the sunshine and now-quiet CBD, and head down to a very festive Christmas edition of the Britomart Market, in Takutai Square this Thursday, December 23.

From 11am - 8pm, local vendors will be selling beautifully made crafts, art, accessories, delicious food and edible Christmas gifts, fresh flowers for the Christmas table and more.

Live music will be playing to keep the festive vibes high, with late shopping hours on offer at all Britomart stores. Perhaps grab dinner afterwards at Kingi or Xuxu, before heading a couple of streets over for one of your last chances to see the giant Christmas light display in Te Komititanga Square.

Keep your receipts to validate that parking — it's free for the first two hours with any receipt for $50 or more.
