To celebrate a new collaboration with Bruichladdich whiskey, every Thursday night in September the QT Rooftop team will be dialling up the vibes, thanks to a speciality cocktail and food menu, as well as resident DJs spinning house beats from 5-10pm.

On the cocktail lineup are speciality mixes like the 'Laddie'; chamomile infused Bruichladdich classic single malt whisky mixed with homemade ginger syrup, fino sherry and blue curacao. Our pick?
A 'Charlotte's Fix', which mixes Port Charlotte single malt whisky with white cacao liquor, Amaro Montenegro and citrus. If you've been wanting to get into whisky but you're not so keen on pounding it neat, this is a great way to ease in

The best part? Just by visiting the rooftop, you'll go in the draw to win the ultimate evening in one of the hotel's junior suites, which includes a full bottle of Bruichladdich whisky, $150 room service credit, breakfast for two at Esther and plush Bruichladdich robes.
