The phenomenon that is bottomless brunch at The Lula Inn will step it up a notch this month with an event described as 'the bottomless brunch for experienced brunchers'.

Being the first to bring the British trend to Auckland, since launching bottomless brunch last year, The Lula Inn has become the place to pre-game and down mimosas on a lazy (and maybe crazy) Saturday morning. On 21 July, Lula's regular brunch will get an upgrade when the tables are cleared to make way for a daytime dance floor.

With sets from Ijebu Pleasure Club, DJ Phoebe Falconer and DJ Hamish Crocker, bottomless mimosas, prosecco and bloody marys and brunch grazing tables, this sounds like the perfect set up to let your hair down and shake off the stresses of the week.

Running from 11am-1pm, there's still plenty of time to take the party elsewhere after you've got your fill of French toast and mimosas. Tickets are $59.50 (or $69.50 for a VIP booth, if you're feeling booujee) and give you two hours of non-stop eating, drinking and dancing. So, get yourself dolled up and revel in the simple pleasure that is getting a bit tipsy before lunch time.
