Yoga in the Sky
Take your yoga practice to a whole new level — level 51, that is.
Overview
The discipline of the connecting the mind, body and soul has been popping up all over the show in Auckland recently — beaches, wharfs, Kelly Tarlton's. Next on the agenda for adventurous yogis should be SkyCity Auckland's Yoga in the Sky.
Previously only available at dawn every Wednesday and Thursday, the sky-high classes have now been extended to the weekend with leisurely bending sessions taking place every Sunday from 8.30am. The one-hour yoga classes are hosted by instructors Amanda Fell and Danielle Timbers and offer breathtaking views at 192 meters above the city. Amanda's classes are typically set to an inspiring playlist to uplift the practice — just incase you to needed to feel any higher than level 51 — while Danielle focuses on the breath and classical yoga alignment.
Each yoga journey in the clouds is held on the Main Observation Deck — and all for the price of your average class. All levels are welcome.
