Overview

City of Ales and SOBA (Society of Beer Advocates) will be showing off the finest brews New Zealand has to offer at the annual beer festival on Saturday 14 October.

Whether you're a lager, stout or sour fan, we can guarantee your tastes will be catered to with 24 top shelf beers on offer, along with some excellent food pairings.

On board to showcase new and brews at this year's event will be: Colab Brewing, Ben Middlemiss Brewing, Alibi Brewing, McLeods, 8 Wired, Epic, Steam Brewing, Hallertau and Outlier Cartel.

Have a dance around the different beer stands as Hopetoun Brown play their groovy, soulful tunes with one of NZ's top trumpet players, Finn Scholes, stepping in as a special guest.

Entry tickets will score you two beer samples, and more tokens can be purchased if you're feeling extra thirsty. All proceeds of merchandise sold at the festival will go towards a local charity.
