Overview

A trans-Tasman chef collaboration is taking place at fine dining restaurant Clooney this May.

On Thursday, May 9, Clooney head chef Nobu Lee will join forces with Daniel Puskas, the head chef and co-owner of award-winning Sydney restaurant Sixpenny, to create a seven-course tasting menu. The menu will highlight New Zealand's exceptional kai moana. To prepare for the service, both chefs will spend two days at sea off the South Island to source ingredients.

Tickets are $220 per person for a seven-course tasting menu, canapés and Champagne on arrival. They can be purchased via Clooney online or by emailing the restaurant at [email protected]. Wine pairing will be available.
