Overview

Feeling like the weekend's coming up and you've still not made any plans? Why not head to Whammy Bar – for the fifth year in a row, Worn Out Collective will be showcasing the very best of Aotearoa's underground talent at Double Whammy 2019.

From 9pm each night, punters will get the opportunity to see some of the freshest talent in Auckland right now. Nine-piece rock 'n' rollers The Magic Factory will be making an unforgettable appearance. Having toured the USA with their 70s sound, the group is back at Whammy this — they're not one to miss.

But if you'd prefer something a little more moody, Ary Jansen is the one for you. From New Zealand to Melbourne and home again, this lo-fi pop artist has it all. From peppy guitar-pop you can have a quick bop to, right down to the soothingly gritty lyricism.

For two action-packed nights at Whammy Bar to see a whole host of other creative spirits, make sure to pick up a ticket from Under The Radar – you'll kick yourself if you don't go.
