Eden Mulholland's music has been described as "if Wes Anderson had a baby with Bill Murray while listening to Beck". That's not far off.
Muholland has had a prolific songwriting career to date. He was/is the frontman for Auckland indie-rock band Motocade, is a well-regarded composer for film, TV, theatre, dance, you name it, and is behind several mind-bending alt-pop endeavours.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast, this July he will play a one-off homecoming show courtesy of the Kingsland Folk Club at Flight 605. Attendees will be treated to material from his ambitious new project, Fusillade. Launched at the start of the month, the project involves the of release seven music videos a week, every week, for an entire month.
The best part is that entry is entirely free.
