Few Chur Lab

Overview

Few Chur Lab is Auckland’s first night dedicated to the art of live beat making.  New Zealand is becoming known worldwide for its high level of electronic-soulful-hip hop beats and there's a bit of a trend going on of producers becoming more recognized abroad than in their own country. Few Chur Lab was created with the desire to allow a platform for these artists to showcase their talents to Auckland.

With an open mic all night, the gig opens up for some of the best MCs and vocalists in New Zealand to jam all night. This month, Rachel Fraser from Funkommunity, is the guest vocalist, so Rakinos is looking at night of some seriously talented cats throwing done some seriously next level beats. The whole gig is recorded and streamed live by Red Bull Music Academy, but in the famous words of some airline, being there is everything, (cheesy tag line? Totally. Just be there).
