What better way to welcome the tail-end of the week than by enjoying some delicious food, drinks and live music? Auckland's beloved food truck nights are back for spring, and the team at Food Truck Collective is welcoming the season with a series of delicious offerings in the city.

Aucklanders, make your way down to Ponsonby's Western Park on Thursday evening for a lineup of some of the city's best street food offerings. There will also be a fully licensed craft beer pop-up bar, so you can wash down your eats with a few bevvies.

On the lineup: Vietnamese street food from NomNom, Spanish cuisine from Sabores, dessert from Little Island Gelato and of course, the team from Double Dutch Fries — it wouldn't be a food truck night in Auckland without them.

It all kicks off at 5pm on Thursday, and your furry friends are welcome on a lead. Bring a picnic blanket and make the most of these deliciously long spring evenings.
