Overview
The surrealists used group collaborations to create works like the Exquisite Corpse, while Van Gogh and Gauguin found painting together a way of inspiring and challenge each other (Van Gogh at least did).
So what do you expect when an Auckland DIY blank canvas space announces a group exhibition? We don't know. Besides this lovely squiggly picture you see above this text, FTP's plans for the group exhibition are more water tight than Watergate. What we do know is that they've recruiting pretty raw artists like White Fungus' Samin Son, a performing artist by trade who once just did a performance piece with a bottle of toothpaste.
Below is the full list of artists who will be involved during the Easter weekend exhibition which will be opening on Thursday April 7 at 6:30pm
