Auckland's Stardome Observatory is getting freaky this Halloween with a night of horror and terrifying tales.
Spend the evening under the darkened 360-degree dome where you'll be treated to a creepy cocktail and explore the night sky and its hidden stories in spine-tingling detail. Discover the horrifying myths and legends lurking among the stars and delve deep into what happens above after dark — but just remember that no one can hear you scream in outer space.
The observatory is hosting three adults-only planetarium shows at 6.45pm, 8pm and 9.15pm. Tickets include one cocktail, wine or beer. The cash bar will also be running. Dressing up is encouraged.
