Auckland has plenty of bottomless dining options for those with an insatiable appetite. There are all-you-can-eat dumpling feasts, unlimited fried chicken sessions and boozy weekend brunches. Now as we head into the hot summer months, you can cool down with a never-ending frosé bar, complete with its own DIY lolly garnish station. Make way for brain freeze.

From Monday, January 3, much-loved Viaduct Harbour rooftop bar Dr Rudi's is hosting Frosé Your Way – a pop-up specialising in frozen rosé on tap. For $59, visitors will be given full access to the venue's slushy machine for two hours. All you need to do is choose between flavours like strawberry and lime or raspberry and passionfruit and then add load up on toppings — from airplanes to chocolate fish and sour snakes.

A delicious spread of snacks from Dr Rudi's menu is included across each session, so you can counteract all that sugar with some savoury morsels, like crispy snapper wings, twice-cooked pork bites and free-range fried chicken.

Dr Rudi's Frosé Your Way package runs Monday to Friday, from 12pm and 2:30pm. Bookings are essential.
