Summer is (almost) here and that means one thing for lovers of a good pink drop — Dr Rudi's Frosé Your Way sessions are back, baby. Grab the gang and head to the waterfront bar all through summer, for two hours of bottomless slushy-like rosé, which you then can top with teats from the DIY garnish wall.

This summer there's 10 different kinds of lollies on offer, including airplanes, sour snakes and chocolate fish. Once your drink is as 'gram-worthy as possible, snap it and sink it.

Of course, you'll need to keep those stomachs lined, so your session includes a speciality sharing snackboard laden with nibbles to keep you going – think fried chicken, tempura vegetables, shoestring fries, bread, dips and popcorn squid.

Bookings are essential and available in two slots each day — join the 11am-1pm for $59 per person or the 2-4pm for $69 per person. The best part? It's running all summer until February 28, so you've got plenty of time to sink a few frozen pink ones in the sun.
