Overview

Auckland has plenty of bottomless dining options for those with an insatiable appetite. There are all-you-can-eat dumpling feasts, unlimited fried chicken sessions and boozy weekend brunches. Now, as we head into the cooler months, you can treat yourself to a never-ending frosé bar complete with its own DIY garnish station. Make way for brain freeze.

From now until 6 June, much-loved Viaduct Harbour rooftop bar Dr Rudi's is hosting Frosé Your Way – a pop-up specialising in frozen rosé on tap. For $49 visitors will be given full access to the venue's slushy machines. All you need to do is choose between flavours like strawberry and lime or raspberry and passionfruit and then add load up on toppings — from airplanes to chocolate fish and sour snakes.

The choice of one pizza from Dr Rudi's menu is included across each two-hour session. There are plenty of ways to enjoy your foot-long pie, too, like the garlic and three cheese creation to one topped with barbecue pork belly and another inspired by the Philli cheese steak.

Dr Rudi's Frosé Your Way package runs Monday to Thursday from 4pm and Friday to Sunday from 2pm and 4pm. Bookings are essential.
