General Collective Mid-Winter Market
This giant market of locally made jewellery, homewares, fashion, art and ceramics returns to Ponsonby.
Overview
Get out of the cold this weekend and into the General Collective's giant annual mid-winter market, set to return to Ponsonby Central's Sapphire Room on Sunday.
Over thirty stalls of vendors will be slinging locally made homewares, fashion, toys, jewellery, skincare and more.
Making their market debut is Burnt Sand Pottery, a Whakatane-based hand-crafted ceramics vendor, and Auckland-based fine artist Amrit Kaur who'll be selling abstract florals and landscapes. There will also be many General Collective old faves returning, including Cook & Nelson and Gerty Brown.
Once you've snapped up a few goodies, head down for lunch and a well-earned weekend wine at one of the great bars and eateries in Ponsonby Central.
Running in The Sapphire Room (upstairs) from 10am-2pm on Sunday, June 19, the market is free to attend, with mask-wearing mandatory.
