Ghost Street X Peddler's Gin Lunar New Year Menu

The Lunar New Year is upon us, a time to celebrate with friends, family and food — and at elegant Chinese eatery Ghost Street, gin.

The popular Britomart restaurant was forced to cancel its much-hyped Lunar New Year pop-up series after the country went into red last month, but hasn't canned the celebrations completely. It's teamed up with Shanghai gin company Peddler's to create a special 'Spirit of the Tiger' menu — with some exciting prizes on offer.

Any table that orders from the eatery's Lunar New Year menu will receive a red envelope, which holds a surprise inside. Up for grabs are bottles of Peddler's gin, $150 dining vouchers, cocktail specials and gifts.

No matter what you win, the real prize is the delicious food on offer. On the special menu are some exciting new dishes, including crayfish toasts and delicious Tang Yuan, as well as Ghost Street's famous dumplings, symbolising wealth and prosperity for the year to come.

Some delicious specialty Peddler's cocktails are also on the line up, including the 'Ghost Street Tiger', made with Peddlers gin, peach, fresh lemon, and basil. That's one refreshing way to beat the heat.

Ghost Street's special Lunar New Year menu and prize giveaway is only available from Wednesday, February 2 until Saturday, February 12, so you're best to book in quick.
