Overview

Wellington boys Richard Larsen and Rowan Pierce of pop band Glass Vaults is taking Golden Dawn with their debut album Sojourn. As the name would suggest, the album takes listeners on a journey with psychedelic folk sounds, with the undeniable climax being the lush single, 'Sacred Heart', which oscillates between soft electronics and pulsing percussions accompanied by lyrics that are the recipe for summertime nostalgia.

The band is taking the album on a tour of the country, starting with us at Golden Dawn on the 3rd, before trekking down the Coromandel all the way to Christchurch and Queenstown. Then they're taking Palmy and finishing off the sojourn back at home base in Wellington.
