Overview
The stallholders of General Collective Lifestyle and Design Market will assemble at Morningside's Glasshouse this weekend for a one-day special unloading homeware, clothing, jewellery and local arts and crafts.
The market will showcase new and emerging brands along with old favourites. The lineup includes Natures Grace, an environmental brand selling puzzles and stationery featuring photos of endangered animals and plants. Bobo Doodles offers personalised drawings of memorable moments and people — pick up a doodle of an iconic NZ shopfront and international landmark, or talk to owner Bonnie about a special commission.
Elsewhere on the vendor list is Wayswithwildflowers, who create pressed flowers in frames along with dried hoops and domes; Fig & Honey, who sell a range of dyed vintage French linen and silk clothing; and Hark Handmade, a company known for its big and frivolous earrings.
Visit the General Collective website for the full range of Kiwi creatives appearing at Glasshouse Market. The market will run from 10am until 2pm.
