Overview

Over the coming month, we intend to focus on Auckland's finest markets, including the likes of the Grey Lynn Farmers’ Market which runs from 9am to 12.30pm every Sunday - except the last Sunday of the month - at Grey Lynn Community Centre, 510 Richmond Road.

Like most markets, it is 100% community owned and operated, with market organisers placing emphasis on locally grown and created products. Fresh fruit and veg grown in Grey Lynn and from around Auckland, offers market attendees an array of selection, from local honey and ginger beer, locally caught fresh flounder & smoked fish, salmon, fair trade coffee, locally produced cheeses, breads and baking, dips, olives and spreads, international food from Turkey, India, France and jams and chutneys made from the fruit of local trees.

We look forward to bringing you over the coming weeks, a more in-depth look into Auckland's favourite weekend markets. The markets are a part of the REAL NZ Festival and the Grey Lynn Creates Festival.
