Overview

If you don't find hot yoga challenging, then how about adding in some technical footwork and pronounced hip rolling?

Hot Yoga Works Britomart will serve as the really stuffy ballroom for a special hot dance class evening on Friday, 26 June. Rio de Janeiro-born dancer and hot pilates tutor Kauan Gracie will lead the class through the basics of Latin movement. Swap your yoga mat for some sweat resistant dancing shoes and frock to perspire through the salsa, cha-cha, rumba and samba. With Hot Yoga Work's studio heated to 40 degrees, this will be a prime opportunity to ward off the winter blues.

Tickets cost $40 for the one-off session. Refreshments will be served after the class, and there will be an opportunity to mingle with other fellow dance enthusiasts. No experience required, just bring a towel.
