To celebrate Auckland Anniversary Weekend, Silo Park is presenting its inaugural Ice Cream Sundae market, and it sounds damn fine if you're a bit of an ice cream fiend looking to make the most of this summer weather.

New Zealand has a world-class offering of gelato, sorbet, dairy-free and natural ice creams, so with an entire community of ice cream purveyors gathering all in one place, deciding who you owe your loyalty will be a tough task. Vendors currently on the lineup include: Swirly Whirly Ice Cream, Egg Loo, Dr Feelgood, Hawiian Pineapple Hut, Oob Organics, Nice Blocks, Little Island, Tip Top/Kapiti, NZ Natural, Gelato Roma and Swips.

Our advice? Buy one scoop from each stall. There will be some tasty desserts available too (a-la-mode of course), hot drinks from Good Karma coffee and some modern ice cream inspired drinks from the pop-up Silo Bar. While you enjoy all the sweet treats on offer, DJs will be setting the scene with some chill beats.
