Sunday— it's the day reserved for sleeping, washing, grocery shopping, getting your life in a general state of order, and slamming a whole chicken into the oven. The Sunday roast has been around since medieval times when peasants were treated to some sustenance after post-church battle practise.

Never ones to settle with a boring old slab of meat, Balmoral game restaurant Cazador is set to reinvent the traditional end-of-week meal this April in partnership with the world's original pilsner.

Held on April 2, the extravagantly named Keepers of the Craft Sunday Supper Club will see a three-course collaborative feast curated by chef Dariush Lolaiy and Czech beer company, Pilsner Urquell.

Daruish will showcase his bent for wild food by roasting a succulent pig on the spit in the Cazador courtyard. Accompaniments will be provided in the form of Czech sauerkraut from zeLi!, cured meats from Salash, products from Westmere Butchery & Wild Wheat Bakery, and local cheeses from Sabato cheesemonger, Calum Hodgson. For the final course, guests will be treated to a beer-infused caramel creation from Czech chocolatier George Havlik.

The $70 price tag also includes beer from Pilsner Urquell.
