Overview

Blending modern sonic elements with old-world blues, ragtime and soul, sibling trio Kitty, Daisy and Lewis are a welcome treat to Aotearoa, waking up our hips with their unique brand of alternative country funk — peppered with just a little punky attitude.

Joined on stage by living musical legend Blind Boy Paxton, trumpeter extraordinaire Eddie 'Tan Tan' Thornton, bassist Popcorn and their father Graeme Durham, if not anything else the show promises a crash course in musical education featuring the banjo, xylophone, lapsteel, guitar, piano, fiddle, harmonica, Cajun accordion, bones and the all-important drums.

A triple treat for any true music lover, this show will see the Powerstation bursting with talent — certainly not something you want to miss.
