Overview
Fresh from touring natural wine bars in Paris and a two-week stint along K' Road, expats Emma Ogilvie and Nick Landsman are bringing their restaurant pop-up La Pêche (translating as 'the peach') to Herne Bay.
While falling under the pair's French Fried banner, they suggest it's "not French food as you know". The pop-up will offer "neo-bistro-style" cuisine, serving up seasonal shared plates matched with natural wines.
Only around from 20-22 September and 27-29 September, the restaurant's menu will change depending on market availability and whim. Booking is recommended — you can do so by reaching out on Facebook — though there will be a section set aside for walk-ins each night.
