Overview

Come April the annual New Zealand International Comedy Festival is back for another year with a program filled with comedic delights such as international acts Ed Gamble, Adam Hess, Lou Sanders and Iain Stirling, as well as local acts from the faces of 7 Days, Jono and Ben and Funny Girls.

And if the pain of too many ab-clenching, body shaking laughs from the duration of the festival has not gotten to you by closing day, there will be one last opportunity to have your laughs (and your abdominal pain): Last Laughs.

Promising to 'tease out out the final giggles of the festival', Last Laughs will be featuring performance by this year's five Billy T Award nominees as well as the three Fred Awards finalists (for the Best NZ Show). Some surprise guests will feature on the night too.

Proceeds will be donated to help make New Zealand a funnier place through the NZ Comedy Trust.
