LEFTO
Your DJ’s favourite DJ.
Overview
One of Europe’s most prominent and well-respected tastemakers, LEFTO, is bringing his unique aural delights to Auckland for a one-off DJ set at Cassette 9. Often described as “your DJ’s favourite DJ”, Lefto is a true innovator, carving a path into the future with his eclectic and experimental sets, groundbreaking production and early adoption of the bangers of tomorrow.
Despite his inclination for innovation, LEFTO always pays homage to the big tunes of yesteryear, with roots firmly set in jazz and hip hop. This unique blend of old and new has earned him worldwide acclaim and residencies at prominent venues in Amsterdam, Paris and New York. So with that in mind, reconsider your plans for next Saturday night, cop some tickets and let LEFTO blow your mind with all your new favourite tunes.
