Overview

Are you mad fer it? You should be. Britpop legend and controversial former frontman of Oasis, Liam Gallagher, is finally returning to New Zealand to top off the festive season. He's set to hit the stage for one show only on December 20 at Auckland's Spark Arena, and if it's anything like his show at Glastonbury this year, we're in for a treat.

With him, he will be bringing hits from his new and second solo record, Why Me, Why Not?.With his signature voice and anthemic lyrics, the album is refreshingly upbeat, and yet britpop as ever, with singles like 'The River' and 'Shockwave'. The setlist will also no doubt feature hits from his critically acclaimed 2017 debut solo album As You Were. And yes, there's no "maybe" that there will be a good swim in the Oasis discography. Whatever the night will entail, we'll just roll with it. We just know we'll be in a 'Supersonic' bliss when we get to sing along to 'Wonderwall' after all these years.
