Overview

Following on from a action packed autumn (including the very successful 'Weird Together: World Together') Silo Park is proud to present  Anika Moa, Ria Hall and Lewis McCallum with DJ support from Anna Coddington in celebration of Matariki.

This night time affair, will be accompanied by light installations and video projection mapping on the iconic Silos and Gantry from some of New Zealand's best visual artists - including John Baxter, Mike Hodgson and Lakshman Anandanayagam. If you can excuse the pun - it's shaping up to be a stellar night.

Stardome Observatory will also be on hand with telescopes to view the heavens. You'll also have your chance to 'make the Matariki Constellation' as part of a collaborative art installation. Come and place your 'LED star' on the wall and celebrate your place in the heavens.

Food Vendors, Hot Water Bottles, Heaters and the Silo Bar (with Mulled Wine) will be there to keep you warm and well fed.
