Overview

Can't quite afford those flights to Japan? Luxury dessert restaurant Miann is offering the next best thing.

Known for its delicious gateaus, handmade chocolates and high-end plated desserts, Miann has become an Auckland staple for dessert lovers. With three locations, including one in the foodie suburb of Morningside, Miann is easily accessible for a quick takeaway treat or to eat-in with friends.

Whether or not you have a sweet tooth, its new six-course tasting menu is sure to have you excited. The new Japanese-inspired dessert tasting menu was inspired by owners Brian and Roselle's travels through the far east. For one night only, diners can enjoy Miann's modern take on the best of Japanese sweet treats. The menu itself will be revealed on the night but you can expect to see kombu caramel popcorn, green tea chocolate aeros, mochi and more — all created with a Miann twist.

There will be two sittings at the Fort Street location on Monday, 26 August (6.3opm and 8.30pm). Bookings are essential — email [email protected].
