MOTAT Movie Nights: Game Changers

Overview

Not just a destination to look at old machinery, MOTAT regularly hosts late-night events, from prohibition-era soirees to festivals of light, in its Western Springs space. This August, the museum of transport and technology will stay open later than usual to present a lineup of after-hours films.

Every Thursday in August films that are often considered 'game changers' will hit the big screen inside the Innovation Hub. The lineup includes Die Hard, Psycho, Flying High, The Breakfast Club and Terminator 2.

Live music will kick off each session at 6.30pm, with each film starting at 7.30pm. The $10 ticket price includes the film screening, photobooth access, a snack size pizza from Napoli Central, plus candyfloss and popcorn to snack on. A bar will also be stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
