Cassette club night MUM ignites their New Zealand Music Month series with a talented pair of artists.
The Mint Chicks frontman, Kody Nielson performs as his solo project, Opossom. His album 'Electric Hawaii' is all about love, DIY, drugs and freedom, produced through mixing his own Polynesian heritage with groovy garage psychedelia.
Julien Dyne completes the lineup for the night. A musical mastermind, Dyne has an array of musical skills - some of which will be on show. It would most likely prove difficult for Mr Dyne to play the drums, DJ and produce music and visual artistry: although I wouldn't put it past this man.
