Following a jam-packed year of big name acts heading down under, U.S rapper Nelly is the latest U.S pop-star to announce a show in our fine country.

Most famous for his 2000 released debut album Country Grammar and club-bangers 'Hot In Herre', 'Dilemma' and 'Ride Wit Me', Nelly can boast over 21 million albums sold on his resume as well as the title of fourth best-selling rap artist in American music history. Those looking for further conversation starters would be interested to know that the infamous bandaid once brandished on Nelly's cheek was in fact a shout out to his imprisoned brother City Spud, he has a signature energy drink called 'Pimp Juice', owns both male and female clothing lines and is currently working on a fitness DVD entitled Celebrity Sweat.

Nelly will hit our shores (minus bandaid) this December 10 for one show at Auckland’s Logan Campbell Centre, joined by locals Rickey Okay, Giantkilla and Dirty Sesh.
