If you prefer your beverage juggled, balanced, set of fire and chopped with a sword, then Nicolas St-Jean is the man to see. The four-time world champion Flair Bar Tender has performed for Queen Elizabeth, the Crown Prince of Bahrain and the Prince of Monaco with his unique drink creation technique. The practise involves the manipulation of bar tools and liquor bottles in tricky and dazzling ways, with just the right amount of pizzaz and magic.
Nicolas is also the creator of the scene's Flair Head-to-Head concept, and a founder of the flair bartending school Flair Motion. He will perform an exhibition on November 26 at Ponsonby Social Club.
