Overview

The Auckland War Memorial Museum has been playing host to a magnificent collection of photographs. NZ–LIFE brings together for Aucklanders, and those visiting the city, the best of the New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year finalists from the past three years of this national competition. The exhibition includes wildlife, landscape and culture photographs which transport the viewer around the country, providing a new vision of our environment and society.

Showcasing the work of professionals and talented amateurs, NZ–LIFE brings the audience face-to-face with moments of spectacular beauty, joy and devastation from all around Aotearoa, land of the long white cloud.
