Overview

As the show's name elicits, some fresh Kiwi talent will be performing antecedent dances from one of New Zealand's top choreographers, Natalie Maria.

Dancers will embody the prowess of a dog's body to portray themes of youthful desperation and exploitation of unquestioned authority in a bizarre yet charismatic and mesmerising use of movement, form and space.

The captivating performance will be complimented with the idiosyncratic sound of Christchurch trip hop band Doprah, composed by Indira Force.

The cast features nine exceptional dancers: Alisha Anderson, Sarah-Louise Collins, Emma Cosgrave, Caitlin Davey, Jasmine Donald, Brittany Kohler, Natasha Kohler, Zoë Nicholson, Bella Wilson who have had the opportunity to work with Natalie — the choreographer and director behind Black Sheep Productions.

This show is not one to miss this month, and the perfect opportunity to experience the world of modern dance.
