Merging a diverse array of influences from The Cure to Robyn, Simple Minds, Taylor Swift, Tears for Fears and Carly Rae Jepson, Manchester's Pale Waves have created a glittery gloomy sound that is all their own. After establishing a name for themselves as openers for The 1975, and as a band to watch at 2018's SXSW festival, the indie-goth quartet have been touring off the back of their EP All the Things I've Never Said.

Featuring the current single 'Heavenly', it features a euphoric chorus that evokes misspent youth and summer frolics. Like a classic coming of age film, you don't know whether to dance or cry with this EP and that's how the band prefers it. For the first time ever, Pale Waves will be bringing their collision of Edward-Scissorhands glam and shiny floor-filling tunes to an all-ages audience at the Tuning Fork on Saturday 14 July.

Come and see why NME have earmarked them as "one of Britain's best new bands."
