Paris Butter: Chef Collabs
Multi-course dinners from some of the country's top chefs.
Overview
Herne Bay French restaurant Paris Butter is present a series of collaborative chef dinners in an effort to bring the hospitality sector back together after a few trying months.
The first three events will see chef Nick Honeyman welcome top chefs from around the country, including Lucas Parkinson from Ode in Wanaka, Helen Turnbull from Wellington's 50.50 and Hayden McMillan from Floraditas, who also arrives by way of the capital. Diners can expect between five and seven courses.
Also on the cards at Paris Butter is the new Test Kitchen Tuesday. For $95 guests get to taste five potential menu additions and more inventive dishes for the first time. The restaurant says the evenings are a lot more interactive and feedback is welcome.
