In support of their recently released fourth album, Heartstrings, bohemian rock n’ roll band Howling Bells will play Auckland’s Tuning Fork on Saturday, September 13.

Forming in Sydney 2005, Howling Bells relocated to London where they gained traction with the release of their debut self-titled album, picked up a new bass player and went on to rack up support slots alongside the likes of The Killers, Coldplay, Elbow, Editors and Placebo.

The group’s latest album Heartstrings was recorded at London’s Assault and Battery Studios, with producers Catherine J Marks and Alan Moulder who collectively have worked with Foals, PJ Harvey, Arctic Monkeys, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, My Bloody Valentine and more.
