Looking for somewhere to shelter from the rain or welcome the start of evening sunshine? Ponsonby Central has welcomed spring by transforming into a colourful cocktail wonderland, decorated with fairy lights and decorative umbrellas.
It's all in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire, meaning many of the eateries and bars in the Ponsonby hub are slinging limited-edition speciality gin cocktails throughout the month — each catering to the different cuisine of the venue and best enjoyed under the colourful canopy of umbrellas.
Running until October 2, be transported to another country with this pop-up — and take the opportunity to grab a photo or two for Instagram, of course.
