Overview

The Hilton's on-site restaurant, Fish, has launched its first-ever high tea. With sweeping views across the Waitematā Harbour visitors can work through executive chef Wallace Mua's menu of reinvented afternoon bites.

The Serendipity High Tea serves up sweets, savouries and scones in a buffet format, alongside a continuous Zealong tea service. The spread of savoury treats includes cornbread tartine with taragon prawns, goats cheese croquettes, and egg and beurre noisette sandwich. From there, your sweet tooth will be satisfied with bottomless chocolate and hazelnut profiteroles, lime and yuzu tart with whipped cream, and coconut sago pudding.

Sweet scones come served fresh from the oven with strawberry coulis, while the savoury thyme and garlic variety are paired with sundried tomato relish.

The high tea buffet costs $63 per person and is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30–3.30pm. Bookings are recommended.
