Overview

Gather all you girlfriends because a women-led pop-up will be taking over Newmarket Crossing from Friday, November 24–Sunday, November 26. Summer Love will see four epic women — Petra Galler of Butter Butter bakery, floral expert Ruth Lindfield, fashion designer Dominique Healy and glass artist Devon Ormsby — come together to show off their various talents.

Summer Love kicks off at the pop-up space from 12pm on Friday, and shoppers are encouraged to come hungry, with a huge range of Galler's sweet treats ready to sample. You'll be spoiled for choice, with lemon sour cream slabs, crepe cake, Russian honey, and brown butter with strawberry and fennel just some of the decadent baked goods on Galler's mouthwatering menu.

While you're chomping down on your cake, peruse Dominique Healy's collection of summer dresses. While Healy may have only started her own line of womenswear in 2017, she's an expert in fashion, and prides herself on creating high-quality pieces that will last a lifetime.

If you're looking for something different to brighten up your home, you might find it at Devon Made Glass. The glass artist was inspired by the humble fruit bowl, creating a range of colourful glass fruits to display together, or dotted around the home.

Pulling the pop-up all together is Ruth Fiona Floral, with Linfield's florals acting as the backdrop Summer Love. Lindfield travels nationwide to create the perfect bridal flower displays, focusing on minimal waste and only using florals that have been sourced from New Zealand.
