The one-hour recovery class will ease your post-party pain and will whip you back into shape just in time for the next event as part of Auckland Beer Week. Don't worry if you're not a regular yogi, this class is a nourishing and gentle session suitable for newbies. Put on your comfy clothes and stretch all your troubles away. Find your inner peace in this relaxing meditation, while relieving stress and tension.
