Taste Nasa is the project of Leroy Clampitt, a multi-talented musician from the depths of Pirongia. Before forming the sensual, soft dance band, Clampitt previously held down roles in Smokefreerockquest winning group The Good Fun which eventually morphed into Banglade$h.

Less than a year after releasing his debut EP under the Taste Nasa moniker, the songwriter established himself in the land of hopes, dreams and burritos (Los Angeles) to knuckle down and work on another release. The three-track EP Time Goes By was unveiled earlier this year through Vitalic Noise and has been brilliantly compared to the notion of a "champagne yacht party in the eighties."

Back in the country for a short period, Taste Nasa will play one show at Auckland’s Cassette Nine. He will be joined by Red Bull Sound Select affiliate Laptop Speakers, Waiheke beat maker Tennis Champ, man about town Connor Nestor and DJ duo Snarlos & the Bridge.
