Overview

All-inclusive supper club The Cult Project is a novel and laid back way of dining for both larger than life types and those who class themselves as food simpletons. This month The Cult Project is dabbling in the art of Italian cuisine, or to be more accurate Emanuele Aversa, who will be presenting the art of Italian cooking for the second collaboration dinner of the season.

Experience certainly makes the best teacher and the best cookery. With a career which first began in his homeland Italy, culinary artist Emanuele is bringing his five years of overseas experience to the City of Sails. Currently residing at Welcome Eatery in Grafton, Emanuele has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Botswana Butchery and Matterhorn. Guests can look forward to a four-course display of talent from the chef's experiences hitherto. Tradition, sharing and caring, honesty and identity is the philosophy behind the project, and tradition and authenticity are the philosophies behind Italian cooking, making this new collaboration an exciting and taste tingling event.

Tickets for The Cult Project, When in Rome dinner are $60 and are available on their website.
