What better way to prepare yourself for the silly season than with a full night of musical goodness? Whammy Bar, Wine Cellar and 95bFM have come together to host an epic evening of local live music on Karangahape Road this December 21.

The two-room gig includes talent from our own backyard. The hit list features Dick Move, The Elegant World, Leaping Tiger, Native Bush, Nothing But Hole, N.T. Honey, PollyHill, (Pro)Vibe, Samuel Harmony, Scarlett, Shoddy, Sulfate and Thee Golden Geese.

Whether these names are familiar to you or not, the gig night is a surefire way to get to know some new bands and blow off some steam with your mates before the holidays. Tickets are $10 at the door or $5 if you bring along a can of nonperishable food for the Auckland City Mission. The evening will be held between Whammy Bar and Wine Cellar with doors opening at 8pm and closing at 1am.
