Overview
The Basement is known for hosting groundbreaking, challenging and fascinating acts that push the boundaries of performance art, and offer something entirely unique and new. White Light Falls fits well within that theme. Five female dancers take to the stage sans clothing for a stirring exploration of the female form, using dance as the medium.
The focus here isn't on sexualisation, but rather the exploration of themes of vulnerability and appreciating the beauty of the female form. It's a celebration of women at its core, a beautiful and sensual performance that will enlighten, entertain and captivate. The show's on for five nights, so don't miss your chance. Leave your expectations at the door and be prepared to witness dance and the female form in movement like never before.
