Overview

Peter Gordon is something of a genius. He was one of the first New Zealanders to accent his dishes with flavours from all around the world, paving the way for what we now know as fusion cuisine.

His culinary journey really began in 1985 when he opened his first The Sugar Club in Wellington. Since then he's open four, including two in London, and of course one near the top of the Skytower with breathtaking views over Auckland.

In a celebration of his diverse and multi-faceted tastes, The Sugar Club is presents A World In Our Kitchen. On the night guests will enjoy a six-course beverage-matched dinner, inspired by the cuisines of Korea, Fiji, China, Britain, New Zealand and India respectively.

Hosted by Peter Gordon himself, this night promises to showcase the diversity of world cuisine through the eyes of The Sugar Club's talented team.
