The album spawned huge hits like the Drake assisted 'Who Do You Love?' and 'My Nigga' debuting at number two on US Billboard album charts.
Next was last year's 'Still Brazy'— an album that avoided the sophomore slump by combining YG's hard hitting lyrics and DJ Mustard's signature G-funk sound with brilliant results. With these two albums and a number of well-received mixtapes YG's quickly carved out a lane for himself, making refreshing gangster music that harks back to the genre's heyday and doesn't pander to current trends.
